Our rates are as follows:

V-CART:
Since we are located in CA, shipping rates vary greatly over the contingent USA. S/H cost is determined by zones:

• $15 to the PST states (West Coast)
• $20 to MST states
• $30 to CST states
• $35 to EST states (East Coast)

IMPORTANT: A flat-rate of $20 will be charged at the time of your order, and will be adjusted based on your shipping address - You will be charged (or refunded) the difference on a separate transaction, if applicable. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to these shipping and handling fees.

Sales Tax
7.75% sales tax for orders shipping to CA. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

Refund Policy
We have a 15-day refund policy on all products purchased from our website. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be sent freight prepaid. No COD's will be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 15 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund. The address where to send your product will be provided with the RMA number. Please use the contact form for any refund requests.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
