Our rates are as follows:

V-CART SOLO:
Products currently ship from our California warehouse, so rates vary greatly over the contingent USA. For a limited time, we are happy to offer FREE SHIPPING on all pre-orders!

International orders, please inquire for shipping costs.

Sales Tax
8.75% sales tax for orders shipping to CA. All other states will not be charged sales tax.

Refund Policy
We have a 30-day refund policy on all products purchased from our website. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and must be sent freight prepaid. No COD's will be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 15 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund. The address where to send your product will be provided with the RMA number. Please use the contact form for any refund requests.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
