Shipping & Handling
Products purchased on this website are shipped from our Southern California warehouse, so rates may vary greatly over the continental USA. Rates are calculated by weight, dimensions, and distance, and include a standard handling fee. Products purchased outside of gruvgear.com may be subject to different shipping calculations.

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days during business days, except holidays. If a product is backordered, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.

For Hawaii, Alaska and International orders, please inquire for shipping costs before ordering.

Sales Tax
We do not charge Sales Tax for purchases except when shipping to a CA address (8.75% sales tax will be applied).

Refund or Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day refund or exchange policy on all products purchased from our website unless mentioned otherwise in the product details page. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, with freight to and from the warehouse prepaid by the customer. No CODs will be accepted. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of purchase date to qualify for a refund or exchange. The address where to send your product will be provided with the RMA number. Please use the contact form for any refund or exchange requests.

NOTE: Refunds sent with no RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.

Liability Limitations
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRUV GEAR'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS PURCHASED, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL GRUV GEAR BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER.
