GRUV GEAR V-CART Warranty & Registration

The GRUV GEAR V-CART is warranted for a period of ten years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty service will be provided at no charge to the customer, except shipping and handling costs, with proper GRUV GEAR authorization.

WHAT WE WILL DO

GRUV GEAR will, at its discretion, repair or replace without charge, any unit that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Parts and labor are included.

HOW TO OBTAIN SERVICE

Prior to returning merchandise, you must contact us via email to obtain an RA (Return Authorization) number. You must send your unit freight prepaid, as well as a check or money order (in the same amount) for return shipping to the address provided with the RA number. No C.O.D. shipments will be accepted.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Normal wear & tear
• Abuse or neglect
• Damage by a common carrier

GRUV GEAR reserves the right to determine what constitutes unreasonable use, and therefore whether a repair is subject to the warranty agreement. This limited warranty is the only express warranty by GRUV GEAR. GRUV GEAR authorizes no dealer or person to vary the terms of this warranty or make any other express warranties or guarantees.
